1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Security

CH77 does not accept deposits made from accounts or wallets that do not belong to you. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a third party's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account to fund your CH77 balance is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

CH77 does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges associated with a deposit transaction are applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider, not by CH77.

5 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

CH77 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Pakistani bank accounts via direct bank transfer. All payouts are made in PKR. CH77 does not charge a withdrawal fee — the amount you request is the amount sent.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. For bank transfer, the minimum is PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification level.

• JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes.
• Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within one hour.
• Raast transfers process within two hours during business hours.
• Bank transfers process the same business day in most cases.

Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name. Sending winnings to a third party's account is not permitted. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this involves uploading a clear photo of your CNIC.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

CH77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions and expiry dates. General bonus rules that apply across all CH77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds are correct at the time of placing your bet. In-play odds update in real time and your confirmed bet is locked at the price shown at acceptance.
• Minimum bet is PKR 50 for sports markets. Individual game stakes in the casino may vary.
• CH77 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, interrupted or if the odds were published in error due to a technical fault.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CH77. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating more than one account for any reason.
• Using automation software, bots or any scripted tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or incorrectly published odds. Any winnings derived from a clear system error are not valid and will be reversed.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Where possible, CH77 will notify the account holder before or at the time of suspension, though this may not always be practical in cases involving suspected fraud or security threats.

You may close your own CH77 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to identity verification being complete. 12 Limitation of Liability
